Pop303 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to pop303. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the pop303 platform, including all services, games, promotions, and content provided through our website at pop303.onl and our mobile app.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pop303 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

02 Account Eligibility

03 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at pop303. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. pop303 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

An identity verification process (KYC) will be conducted before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID such as a national identity card or passport. This is an industry-standard procedure to ensure the security of all our members.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Pop303 supports a wide range of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfers, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and other payment methods available on the platform.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level. Current limits can be checked directly in the finance section of your account.

• All deposits are credited to your account within minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for major payment methods once approval has been granted.
• Pop303 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed unusual or suspicious.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless otherwise stated.

05 Bonus & Promotions

11 Account Termination

You may close your pop303 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All outstanding withdrawal conditions must be fulfilled before the termination is processed.

Pop303 reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no account activity.

12 Applicable Law
